Applications are invited upto 22/02/2010 for TWO posts of ACCOUNTS ASSISTANTS on a consolidated Salary of Rs. 13910/- p.m. at the Council’s National AIDS Research Institute, Pune, on purely temporary basis initially for a period of 6 months and may be extended on six monthly basis.

  QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
 
  a) Essential: University Degree (Preferably in Commerce) and Computer Knowledge (MS-CIT) and having good knowledge in Govt.                        Account procedures.
  b) Desirable: Masters Degree in Commerce, knowledge of Government accounting and knowledge & experience with accounting procedure.
  c) Job Requirements:Budgeting, Passing of bills, pre-audit, post-audit , maintenance of books of accounts, Annual Accounts statements,                                      Banking and other accounts related work.
  d) Age:Below 28 years. SC /ST /OBC and Departmental candidates are allowed relaxation in accordance with the Govt. of India Rules.

Application on plain paper giving details like name, age, qualification & experience etc. and with copies of certificates may be sent to the Director, National AIDS Research Institute, Plot No. 73, MIDC, Bhosari, Pune – 411 026. on or before the last date along with a crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) for Rs.25/- (Rupees twenty five only) payable to the Director, National AIDS Research Institute, Pune (SC/ST and Council’s employees are exempted from this payment). Incomplete/late applications or those without postal orders and copies of certificates will not be entertained. ANY CANVASSING BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE CANDIDATE OR TO BRING POLITICAL OR OTHER OUTSIDE INFLUENCE WITH REGARD TO SELECTION / RECRUITMENT SHALL BE A DISQUALIFICATION.

Note:-Since it is not possible to call all the eligible candidates for the interview, the applicants will be short-listed for this purpose. The decision of the Director, NARI will be final in this regard.
